ARKANSAS SODA BOTTLE-Art Deco-North Little Rock-Cola Cocktail-Coke Knockoff-1920s Offered is a selection consisting of one vintage Arkansas Art Deco Soda bottle dating from the 1920s / 30s.The bottle is Automatic Bottle Machine manufacture style with a crown top finish(ABM).The lot includes: 1)—An 8 5/8" tall, Georgia Green color soda bottle, Art Deco design of four ribbed columns, with eight sharp panels inside , embossed on shoulder band "Cola Cocktail / Reg.U.S.Pat.Off." Heel embossed "Cola Cocktail co. Of Am. / Capacity 6 Oz.". Makers mark of G4544. Bottom embossed "North Little Rock / 30E.". Overall near mint condition, there is a tiny amount of scuffing on some high points. This is a very rare bottle, as you can see, the Spencerian script in the name, as well as the name itself, appears to be a blatant knock off of the wildly popular Coca-Cola, which underwent a series of trademark infringment lawsuits during this time period. I can find no information about this company or bottle, meaning it probably was shut down early on.
