Vintage General Motors Expandable 3 Ring Format Empty Binder " Master Parts Price list" Original GM Binder Binder in well used condition showing heavy parts counter usage. Covers show some wear & scuffing. Some light paint speckles on front cover. Rear cover has some wear marks. The back spine shows more wear & separation of backing material (see photo 10 & 11 & 12). The back spine has labelling using white masking tape. There are ruminants of labels on the back spine. There is a page taped in side the front cover. The rivets on the hinges have some light rust. Hinges good working condition. Inner binding clasp works OK. The mechanism that holds the 2 covers together is different,(GM original)a threaded portion that goes inside a hollow tube & there is a small lever on the threaded bolt when turned binds the 2 halves together. Binder expands from 2" to 3-1/2" Binders measure 12" high x 10" wide.
